When projectiles has power nbt the animation is different from the actual or missing animation frames

When Wind charge has power nbt the animation is different from the actual...
How to reproduce this bug?
1. join world
2. summon wind_charge or breeze_wind_charge for video or similar

other similar projectiles small_fireball also have this bug too
