Breaking an item frame on a block also tries to mine block and the block glitches and stops when its breaking.

Breaking an item frame on wood for example glitches the block into thinking its being mined and glitches the block to look like its breaking, as shown in the screenshot and video. The block will stay like that until you actually try to mine it again. 

How to reproduce

Obtain an item frame, place it on a block, (wood is recommended)
Then you wanna break the item frame, it will glitch the block and the block will freeze at a mining state.

Observations: Breaking item frame glitches the block into thinking its being mined and keeps the block like that.

Expectations: The block shouldn't act like its being mined and should go back to normal.
