Can glitch inside blocks underwater (Java)

You can glitch inside blocks when underwater.

How to reproduce

Start by going underwater
Then change you're perspective to third person by clicking F5
After that just interact with blocks as shown in the video, you will glitch inside the blocks.

Observations: Player can glitch inside of blocks underwater.
Expectations: That shouldn't happen, and there should be a barrier between the block and player.
