Wind burst can launch the player when deflecting ghast fireballs

When deflecting a ghast fireball using a mace enchanted with wind burst, the player is launched, which could be a nasty surprise for unsuspecting players. To reproduce, obtain a mace enchanted with wind burst, spawn in a ghast, then deflect its fireballs back using the mace in survival. Notice that you'll be launched in the air.
