Bells activate twice when hit by Wind Charges

Bells that are directly hit with regular or breeze wind charges will ring twice. In the attached video, you can even see on the debug screen that there are 4 sounds playing, even though there should only be 3: wind charge shoot, wind charge burst and bell ring.

This likely happens due to the bell activating from both wind charge explosion and projectile contact.
