Spawning interval of ominous item spawner are more randomly Bedrock, But in Java it always spawned at fixed time

The bug

In Bedrock Edition, the ominous item spawner will spawned about 3-9 seconds, In Java, it is more longer.

Step to reproduce

1. Go to the Bedrock Edition
2. Placing some trial spawners on ground
3. Putting any spawn egg on the trial spawners
4. Drinking an ominous bottle
5. Switching the gamemode to survival
6. When the spawner are triggered, then switch back to creative mode.
7. Observing the projectiles spawning time.
