Minecraft crashes when loading new chunks on 1.19.4

When i play and i generate new chunks, my game automatically crashes and the exit code says: java.lang.IllegalStateExeption: Asking for biomes before we have biomes. this could be related either to the fact the world was downgraded from 1.20.4 to 1.19.4 (Probably the main cause because it has never happened before or the fact im using forge (unlikley because this is the first time it has happened and also because when I load the world in vanilla it also crashes).
