Fishing rod line positioned incorrectly in third-person while crawling/swimming

After the player has cast a fishing rod, the line will be positioned incorrectly after the player starts crawling/swimming.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Cast a fishing rod
2. Place an open trapdoor 1 block off the ground
3. Activate the trapdoor, pushing the player into a crawl animation

Observed & Expected Results:

- The string will not be connected to the end of the rod, but instead will be directed underneath the player.
- The string would properly be connected to the fishing rod.
