Right click and left click flipped

My mouse is operating normally in Windows and in the menu. In the middle of playing suddenly right click and left click swapped. Right clicking now swings the block and left click places the block.

So far I have tried resetting the controls, disconnecting and reconnecting, restarting Minecraft, switching to a single player world.
