Hitting a Wind Charge with Wind Burst level over 3 causes a crash

Whenever a Wind Charge is hit with any item that has a Wind Burst level of over 3, the game crashes.

To reproduce, give yourself any item with Wind Burst over 3 (a stick with Wind Burst 4 is used in the below command),

/give @s stick[enchantments={"minecraft:wind_burst":4}] 1

summon a Wind Charge,

/summon minecraft:wind_charge

then hit the Wind Charge with the item.
