Albanian (Shqip) Translation are wrong.

Most of the translation for the Albanian language are just wrong. Most are nonsensical. Most phrases lack proper punctuation and some words/names start with lowercase letters. 

I've checked on multiple version and the newer the version, the worse the translations get. There are a lot of inconsistencies too, such as the word for snow in snow block and snow layer.
