Mace enchanted with "wind burst" launches you in the air even when hitting a vehicle.

When hitting with an enchanted mace with "wind burst" a vehicle (boats;minecarts), u still get boosted in the air even if it's not a mob. I think this is an issue because the enchantment should be supposed to only boost you with mobs because i think this should be the intended use.
