Eating particles for tinted blocks, such as most leaves and foliage, are not tinted

The bug

Eating particles for items that are tinted, such as short/tall grass, non-cherry leaves, vines, ferns and large ferns, and lily pads, are gray and not tinted.

To reproduce

1. Execute the following command:

   /give @p lily_pad[consumable={}] 1
   

2. Eat the lily pad.

Observed result

The lily pad eating particles are gray.

Expected result

The lily pad eating particles should be tinted.
