Dragon breath particles look wrong

Summary:
Dragon breath particles look wrong, not like in 1.20.4. They are shaped like potion particles.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the End.
2. Wait for the dragon to shoot a dragon fireball at you.

Observed results:
Pink particles appear, shaped like potion particles.

Expected results:
Dragon breath particles appear as in 1.20.4.
