Frosted ice (ice from frost walker) doesn't melt in the end even when spawned in using normal condition of using frost walker enchantment

Frosted ice (ice from frost walker) doesn't melt in the end even when spawned in using normal condition of using frost walker enchantment. Frosted ice (the ice from frost walker), is supposed to be temporary and not related to light levels.
