The bug

When mining an empty, fully grown berry bush with shears, it drops nothing.

Expected behaviour:
Sweet berry bush drops sweet berries when mined with shears.

Observed behaviour
The sweet berry bush drops nothing.

Steps to reproduce

• Place down a sweet berry bush.
• Bonemeal it until it is fully grown but with no berries on the bush.
• Mine it with shears in survival mode.
• The sweet berry bush won’t drop anything.
