When entities are eliminated using /damage or /kill, the death message is dispatched prior to the command feedback

When players or tamed wolves, cats, or parrots are slain using the /damage or /kill command, the death message is displayed in the chat prior to the command feedback indicating that damage was dealt. It would be expected that the message indicating damage dealt appears first, followed by the death message.

Steps to replicate

1. Tame a cat

2. /damage @e[type=minecraft:cat,limit=1,sort=nearest] 20

3. Tame a cat

4. /kill @e[type=minecraft:cat,limit=1,sort=nearest]

Observed behavior: The death message was transmitted before the command feedback indicating either "Killed Cat" or "Applied 20.0 damage to cat".
Expected behavior: The command feedback should be transmitted first.
