Ender pearls do not shatter chorus flowers

Ender pearls do not break chorus flowers, unlike snowballs, eggs, and other projectiles. This issue is related to MC-223774. Including this in the #impact_projectiles entity tag would resolve the problem.

Steps to replicate

1. Place down endstone
2. Place a chorus flower atop it
3. Toss an ender pearl towards the chorus flower

Observed behavior: The chorus flower remains intact.
Expected behavior: The chorus flower should break upon impact.
