Frogs do not try to eat ender dragons upon being included in #minecraft:frog_food

Upon adding ender dragons to #minecraft:frog_food, frogs do not attempt to eat them, unlike with other mobs.

Steps to replicate

1. Download the provided datapack that includes ender dragons in #minecraft:frog_food.
2. Summon an ender dragon.
3. Summon frogs
4. Wait

Observed behavior: The frogs do not eat the ender dragon.
Expected behavior: The frogs should eat the ender dragon.
