Polished Blackstone Bricks named inconsistently

"Polished Blackstone Bricks" and its variants maintains the "Polished" prefix, something which no other "Bricks" block does, including ones made with a "Polished" block (e.g. Deepslate and Tuff). This seems to be an unintentional oversight.
