Subtitle translation wrong

The finnish subtitle translation for text "Smoker smokes" is incorrectly "Suvustin savustaa". The block "Smoker" is "Savustin" in finnish. So why subtitle is wrote wrong? It should be "Savustin savustaa" with second letter "a" not "u".
