Fatal error in trial chambers

Sometimes in trial chambers, there will be a section of waterlogged copper grates and copper stairs that should not be waterlogged. This causes floods and should not happen.

What I expected was…:
There should never be any waterlogged blocks with no water around them.

Instead what happened was…:
Some of the stairs and copper grates were waterlogged for absolutely zero reason.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Minecraft 24w11a.
• Go to create new world.
• Set gamemode to creative.
• Enable the “update 1.21” experiment.
• Type “3872223536445366438” into the seed box.
• Click create world.
• Run the command /tp @s 74 3 -283
• You will find a section of blocks that are waterlogged for absolutely zero reason.
