"Are you sure you want to quit?" screen uses background blur

The bug

The screen displayed after clicking Title Screen after dying has a blurred background.

I'm not sure if this is intended, since background blur is usually associated with the pause menu, options menu and world loading/creation menu, and this blur is in direct contrast to the preceding death screen, which intentionally lacks blur (MC-269078).

How to reproduce

1. Die
2. Use the title screen button

Expected results

The background would not be blurred.

Actual results

It is.
