Wind Charges go through full solid blocks after passing through something like grass (not the block)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place grass or a fern on a full solid block (like a grass block)
2. Stand on the block you placed it on
3. Aim a wind charge downward so that your crosshair touches its hitbox
4. Throw wind charge and watch it pass through the full solid block

This can work in other directions as well.
