Existing Villager Trades Blocked

In Snapshot 24w11a existing Villagers from previous versions have their trades blocked. With unemployed Villagers you only have to break and place again their job block to fix that, but with Villagers that have been already traded with it´s impossible to trade with them again, even after curing them from being a Zombie Villager.
