Bolt and Flow armor trims cannot be put in a smithing table in upgraded worlds

The two new armor trim smithing templates, Bolt and Flow, both cannot be put in the smithing template slot in a smithing table in worlds upgraded from versions that did not have the 1.21 experiments.
