Breeze can drop more than 3 rods with the looting enchantment

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enchant any sword with looting 3;
2. Kill a breeze.

Observed Results:
The breeze has no upper limit on the amount of rods it drops, even though its model only has 3 rods.

Expected Results:
The breeze drops a maximum of 3 rods due to its model, similar to how the chicken caps its raw chicken drops to 1 regardless of looting.
