Bouncing when holding JUMP+CROUCH

Currently you can’t crouch on scaffolding, you just go down, and if you press crouch and jump you end up jumping/bouncing around
This makes it incredibly difficult to not fall off of scaffolding or to place blocks on blocks with an interactable event.
I think it should work like in creative, where jump+crouch makes you crouch, but you don’t fly up or down. I think this is a super minor thing that improves scaffolding a ton.
