Some Texture Packs wont load.

While playing in 24w10a i tried to use some of the texture packs i use in previous versions but some texture packs dont load. For example when i try to load Fullbright it gives me the loading screen but at the end it stops and goes back to the beginning, and after that i get a message saying resource reload failed.
