Unable to click the "Multiplayer" or "Minecraft Realms" buttons, as these buttons are blacked out.

I try to play multiplayer, but it seems that I am unable to play. It seems that I got banned for no reason. I was hoping if you can some how rest my account so I could play multiplayer again. If I am some how banned for a reason that I was not addressed about, then I understand.
