The values of sliders that have long text cannot be read while the text is positioned to the left

The Bug:

The values of sliders that have long text cannot be read while the text is positioned to the left.

I understand that the problem here may be difficult to comprehend, so I've attached a narrated video which will hopefully help clear up the confusion. MC-269301.mp4

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the accessibility settings menu.
2. Wait for the "Menu Background Bluriness" text to move all the way to the right.
3. Change the value of this slider and notice how there's no way of telling what the value of the slider is.

Observed Behavior:

The value of the said slider cannot be read and the user has to wait until the text slides to the left.

Expected Behavior:

The value of the said slider would be readable at all times.
