Spamming packets results in faster eating, healing and taking damage

A player can eat food almost instantly, heal much faster (while still consuming food) and also take more damage from cacti or lava by simply sending an excessive amount of 0x0A packets to the server.

In my tests it worked fine to just send one of these packets whenever another packet was received. Some custom clients send them at a fixed interval of approximately 5ms.
