Taking damage from a cactus does not cause the camera to tilt towards the cactus

When taking damage from a cactus, the wobble does not indicate which direction the player took damage from.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Recreate the following setup (both cactus are to the east/west respectively):
   
2. Stand in the middle of the two cactus, and face north
3. Walk into the right (west) cactus
   → Directional damage tilt is correct.
4. Walk into the left (east) cactus
   → Directional damage tilt is the same as before, incorrect now.

Notes:

1. MC-26678 was properly fixed, allowing the player to take directional damage, but as noted here this does not apply for damage taken from a cactus.
