Cannot move items using number keys or F while holding an item on the cursor.

Moving items by pressing number keys or F is disabled when you have an item on the cursor. However, shifting items by clicking works as expected, even if the player.cursor slot is occupied. This issue is related to MC-200693, MC-84610, and MCPE-96260.
