Player animation error

All the players started moving very slowly. I can't see them moving their legs because the animation is very slow. When they sit down or stand up, they straighten their legs very slowly. I do not know why the error suddenly occurred. I removed the mods, but the error persisted. I want to know what can be done with this, and if there is any file responsible for the speed of animations.
