Farmland gets trampled when in adventure mode

Farmland can be broken and the items pop out which allows players to get unauthorized items and the block cannot be made into farmland again by the player.

Current behavior -

When in adventure mode farmland can be trampled into dirt.

Expected behavior-

Farmland when jumped on in adventure mode does not get trampled
