Clicking Top of Window Freezes Player on Servers and Worlds

By clicking the top of a window (on Windows 10 as far as I'm aware) freezes the player in place, and any knockback or interactions with the player will be affected when the player clicks back into the window. I'm not sure if this is a windows bug that can't be patched, as I believe this bug also works (or used to work) on Roblox.
