Editing signs causes background blur

The bug

When editing a sign, the game behind it will be in a blurred state. According to the patch notes (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-24w09a) it probably shouldn't; this is an "in-game screen" analogous enough to a written book.
