Farmland does not drop itself when mined with silk touch

Digging a farmland block with silk touch drops a dirt item, instead of a farmland item.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a farmland block
2. Hold a shovel item
3. Enchant it

   /enchant @p minecraft:silk_touch 1
   

4. Mine the farmland

Notes:

1. This issue was made as I was unable to see a clear indication of whether or not this is intentional. Silk touch block drop issues seem very case-by-case, with MC-249142 being resolved as Working as Intended, but MC-106428 being valid (bearing in mind, MC-106428 is a parity issue, but the gameplay functionality exists in the first place nonetheless).
2. The dirt path block functions the same as the farmland block, requiring a tool be used on dirt to get the respective block, and both exist in the creative inventory as valid items. A case could be made for the behavior being expected for both blocks.
