Note block above coral/coral fan makes harp sound, but above dead coral/dead coral fan makes basedrum sound

Step 1: Place water, then place coral and dead coral
Step 2: Place note block on top of the coral and the dead coral
Step 3: Press F3 to check the note blocks -> Harp for the coral, basedrum for the dead coral
