Breaking animation doesn't disappear after letting go of left click

So I've had this issue for a while now and have tried different possible solutions to solving this issue such as:

 

Playing on vanilla minecraft

Removing resource packs

Restarting the game

Restarting the launcher

Restarting my PC

 

Nothing seems to work.
