When the HideParticles is set as true in /effect command, the particle is still displayed

When the HideParticles is set as true in /effect command, the particle is still displayed.

1.use command /effect give @s minecraft:hunger infinite 1 true
2. You'll see that the particles are still on display. And unlike the color of the particle corresponding to the effect, the particle is always blue.
