Written Book with custom actions no longer work if they are too long.

I got a book with a bunch of commands from a command block on my server, but when I opened it the actions were improperly formatted as if they were normal text. I experimented for a bit, and found that this only happens if the length of the actions exceeds one page, which is almost always the case. I'm not sure which version the bug appeared in but I do know books like this were working around 1.19
