Resource Pack Wont Load with Shaders

As of the latest snapshot, any Resource Pack with a Shader wont load. I tried many times to start a fresh Resource Pack with Shaders, but it wouldn't load at all! And yet it works without any shaders! Come on Mojang! Just Come on!
