Can't connect to Minecraft Auth API and piston-data.mojang.com

With my VPS, when i try to setup a minecraft server, the server can't connect to the mojang auth API.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected my server to connect to minecraft auth services and download files from piston-data.mojang.com

What actually happened was...:
I can't connect to minecraft Auth API and download files from piston-data.mojang.com

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a minecraft server on my VPS

2. Launch it
