[MC-268945] Some interfaces instantly close when opened from long distances when players have their "minecraft:player.block_interaction

The Bug:

Some interfaces instantly close when opened from long distances when players have their "minecraft:player.block_interaction_range" attribute set to high values.

This report partially clones ~~MC-267380~~.

Steps to Reproduce:

Set your "minecraft:player.block_interaction_range" attribute to a large value by using the command provided below.

Place a crafting table, move around twenty blocks away from it, and attempt to open the crafting table interface.

Observed Behavior:

The said interface instantly closes.

Expected Behavior:

The said interface would remain open.
