The swimming animation no longer displays when gliding with an elytra and swimming at the same time

In version 1.13, while gliding with an elytra, swimming in water would show a combined swimming animation along with the gliding animation. However, starting from version 1.14, this functionality no longer operates, likely due to the resolution of MC-125503.
Since version 1.19.3 this issue is also blocked by MC-268941.
