List background renders cumulatively/on top of normal menu background texture

The bug

In menu screens which use the menu list background texture, this texture is rendered on top of the normal menu background texture.

How to reproduce

1. Download and apply the attached resource pack
2. Navigate to any menu with a list

Expected results

The normal menu background would not be visible behind the list background.

Actual results

It is.

Further notes

After fixing this, it would be advisable to make vanilla's menu list background texture file darker as to make it look the same as it does in 24w09a.
