When you walk on a boat that fell from the large amethyst and landed on specific enitity it glitches

When you walk on a boat (or boat with chest) that fell from the large amethyst that is located right above on the wither skeleton or axolotl and landed on them, (entitys must be on blocks that has a height of 0.875) It will make you stop walking or running per 0.098 blocks. The glitch will be removed if you rejoin or wait for few minutes. I couldn't check if this bug affected versions that are older than 1.17 because they don't have large amethyst.
