Suspicious stew not giving effects

Create suspicious soup with bowl, red and brown mushrooms, and an Oxeye Daisy for regen (for example)

Eat suspicious soup

no regeneration buff.

 

Haven't tried other effects, but it likely applies as well.

This is exclusive to 24w09a as this does not happen in 24w07a
